Once you have completed the questionnaire, contact us to set up an appointment to meet with the Bankruptcy Attorney.
At the meeting, you and the Attorney will review your Bankruptcy Petition for accuracy, you will then sign it, and the Attorney’s office will electronically file it with the Bankruptcy Court.
After your petition has been filed, the Attorney will let you know the date and time of your Trustee’s Meeting and work with you to prepare the proper documentation to bring with you to that meeting, as well as appearing with you at the meeting.
