Filing Full Service Chapter 7 Bankruptcy puts the burden of the Bankruptcy Petition preparation on us. You will still be requested to provide documentation.
The attorney will meet with you to discuss your situation. After he has determined your eligibility, helped you fill out your initial questionnaire, and reviewed your income and expenses with you, the staff at the Attorneys’ office will put the information in the proper format for the Bankruptcy petition.
Once this is complete, the Attorney will once again meet with you, so you can sign the Bankruptcy petition. It will then be filed electronically with the Bankruptcy Court.
After it is filed, you will be informed of the date and time of the Trustee’s meeting and the staff will work with you to gather additional information needed before he meeting. The Attorney will accompany you to the Trustee’s meeting.
